SIVOX RealScreen™ Evaluation Process SIVOX RealScreen™ with its simulation engine and advanced speech recognition capability provides an applicant the opportunity to practice in a simulated environment prior to a formal assessment. The 25 minute practice session is followed by a 20 minute assessment that simulates calls with customers analogous to what takes place on the job, with the applicant performing the role of a customer contact employee. The practice session comprises three sections. Each section includes a set of instructions and one practice call. The first section focuses on verbal interaction with customers. The second one focuses on data entry accuracy and speed. The third section focuses on the applicant's ability to multitask. The applicant is given limited time to read the instructions in each section and complete a practice call. The assessment evaluates an applicant's baseline skill level in all three focus areas. The applicant will handle simulated calls from customers about bills, payments and new products or services.
