Gartner Group Report Taps Sivox as 'Cool Technology' in Knowledge Software Market PDF Print E-mail

According to the Gartner report SIVOX RealCall authoring tools enable call centers to create learning simulations that mimic live calls to customers. Tools for simulation customer service software are also included, making the simulations nearly fully immersive.
