SIVOX RealCall includes powerful management and reporting tools.

Trainee simulation results can be tracked and scored using 110 different metrics, including voice quality, system navigation and data entry. At a glance, call center directors can view results from groups of trainees or individuals, and easily drill down into specific training sessions. From the Reporting module directors can view the number of successfully completed simulations, scores on each, and assign additional or 'do over' simulations to trainees.

Because the SIVOX RealCall Reporting module is so feature-rich, many SIVOX customers use it exclusively as their primary training database, eliminating the need to create or purchase any other database tools for training management. All data is stored in Oracle and SQL compatible files, so trainee data can easily be exported to any additional analysis, management, data mining or reporting applications.
