Executive Summary

Organizations use screening, training and certification solutions to build employee
competencies and performance on the job. Well constructed performance programs
must first identify the performance goals and then formulate the best possible
program to attain those goals. SIVOX RealCall™ is a development platform for
creating and administering interactive simulations for initial and continuous training
with real-time coaching and scoring. SIVOX RealCall Version 5 is an advanced
platform that enables a series of on-going innovations including Web Start
technology, an enhanced authoring environment, and full support for Computer-
Based-Training (CBT) modes. These enhancements include integration of multi-
media content, and support for progressive learning modes that support inclusion of
“show & tell” content to supplement existing hands-on simulation training. Return on
investment calculations, using SIVOX RealCall at customer locations clearly
demonstrates savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars each year. SIVOX
