Choose from two levels of support depending on the extent and urgency of your needs:

Gold Level

Gold Level is our premium option for larger organizations or those with more urgent and extensive requirements, providing 24 x 7 (24 hours a day, Mon - Sun) on-call technical support and access to our technical support site.

Blue Level

Blue Level is our standard option and includes the support most commonly needed by our contact center customers, providing 12 x 5 (7:00am - 7:00pm, Mon -Fri) on-call technical support and access to our technical support site.
