To help make sure customers are best able to quickly and efficiently take full advantage of the features, benefits, and ROI that SIVOX RealCall can bring to their Contact Center.
Coach/Facilitator Training (1-Day Session)
The objective of this Training Session is to provide anyone with the responsibility of managing or coaching contact center representatives with the essential skills needed to use SIVOX RealCall™ to its fullest advantage.
The focus of the training will be to gain a strong understanding of the manager tools, reports, and agent tools; with detailed instruction of facilitating agent usage on the system. Each course will consist of a 1-day session that allows participants to have a balanced experience of instruction, hands on experience, and facilitation of concepts. Class size is limited to ensure individualized attention to each attendee's needs.
NOTE: SIVOX training does not distribute software. Software must be installed on the student's computer prior to the start of the coach/facilitator session.
Simulation Creator Classes (2-Day Session) The objective of this Training Session is to provide anyone creating or deploying simulations with the background and practical knowledge needed to utilize the SIVOX RealCall™ SimGen tools.
The focus of the training session will be to gain a strong understanding of the capabilities of the SIVOX RealCall™ authoring tools, reports, the Knowledge Center, libraries, simulation creation, and speech recognition.
Each course will consist of a 2-day session that allows participants to be certified in the simulation development process and tools. Additionally, at the end of the 2-day session, each participant will have created a complete SIVOX RealCall simulation that can be used for agent training purposes.
Each participant will receive user manuals, job aids and templates to speed the development process. Class size is limited to ensure individualized attention to each attendees needs.
